About this Role
What you will do
• Plan activities and allocate resources for implementation projects aligned with network development needs.
• Act as an escalation point for deviations from the initial project plan.
• Adjust project execution plans and escalate high‑complexity issues according to the escalation matrix.
• Manage risks associated with software and hardware implementation activities.
• Identify improvement areas in implementation processes and define corrective recommendations.
• Deliver regular reports, briefings, and recommendations on project progress and performance.
• Ensure project execution complies with client requirements and relevant procedural frameworks.
• Conduct scheduled reviews of telecom configuration projects to achieve agreed KPIs.
• Maintain and update the ticketing platform to reflect ongoing activities.
Who you are
• Skilled in analytical and synthetic thinking with the ability to assess complex technical situations.
• Able to make urgent decisions under time pressure and operate effectively in demanding situations.
• Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable managing change.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Electronics and Telecommunications, Automation, Computing, Informatics).
• Experienced in fixed and mobile service technologies.
• Brings 2–3 years of technical expertise in the IT/Telecom field and 1–2 years in coordinating software/hardware development activities.
• Knowledgeable of ITIL/eTOM frameworks.
• Possesses multicultural or multinational working experience (preferred).
• Speaks English, with additional languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish considered an advantage.
