About this Role
We are seeking a Change and Transformation Specialist to join our Business Solutions and PMOaaS team in Bucharest. This role sits within the Delivery Assurance Transformation function and is focused on driving digital and operational transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process simplification, translate business needs into actionable use cases, and support the implementation of new tools and processes across the organisation.
What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, processes, and roles.
- Translate functional requirements into use cases that support digital and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead strategic change initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Shape and support project plans for systems development and deployment.
- Facilitate training and ensure quality measures are in place for new systems and processes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to embed change effectively and at pace.
- Conduct organisational change workshops, create user stories, and monitor action resolution.
- Apply change management principles to design processes, assess impacts, and develop training and communication materials.
- Consolidate stakeholder feedback and integrate it into change management plans.
Who you are
- A proactive problem-solver with a passion for enabling transformation through technology and process improvement.
- Skilled communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders and structuring complex information.
- Experienced in business analysis within fast-paced, commercially driven environments.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and developing processes from scratch.
- Able to assess change impacts and training needs, and measure effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in change management within IT/Telecom.
- Proficient in English (B2–C1 level).
- Familiar with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Six Sigma, Waterfall, and Agile.
- Strong user of MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
