Your day to day:

Manage changes that are raised by VNO Change Management customer.

With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Be accountable for checking the level of quality of CRQs (documentation);
  • Support Change owners during the preparation of changes;
  • Support the change owner to verify the impact of the changes to the operated services within Vodafone;
  • Ensure that all change requests are properly evaluated and authorised by the relevant parties;
  • Recommend and execute improvement actions;
  • Be accountable for process compliance within the scope of change management;
  • Generate regular reports on Change Mgmt performance.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Network Services and Cloud;
  • Change Management (ITIL);
  • Service Management (ITIL);
  • Communication skills;
  • Change Management Processes knowledge;
  • Very good spoken and written skill in German and English.
