About this Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Change Management Specialist to coordinate and manage the implementation of changes across IT systems supporting Vodafone Enterprise Services, including CyberSecurity, IoT, and core platform services. The role ensures that all system changes are properly assessed, prioritised, approved, and delivered within agreed timelines while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate and analyse proposed changes impacting IT systems, working closely with technical teams to ensure proper evaluation and impact assessment
  • Plan, estimate, prioritise, and oversee the implementation of changes in line with agreed timelines and service expectations
  • Monitor change performance and collaborate with operational, engineering, partner, and customer teams to ensure adherence to established processes
  • Review failed changes, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, infrastructure, and systems globally
  • Maintain effective working relationships with technical and management teams across Vodafone Group and partner organisations
  • Oversee the evaluation and planning of infrastructure and network changes to ensure effective implementation
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of configuration management information by controlling and tracking system changes

Who you are

  • Experienced working in a multinational environment with strong collaboration skills
  • Proficient in English (B2–C1 level)
  • Equipped with at least 2 years of experience in IT or telecom change management environments (such as data centre infrastructure, IP networking, or
  • mobile technologies)
  • Knowledgeable in ITIL methodology, with ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • Familiar with data centre infrastructure and network principles
  • Demonstrates effective stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Possesses a solid understanding of IT and telecom systems and services
