Your day to Day

You will be single point of contact to lead all VF Networks Demands and will be responsible of ensuring demands are handed over to respective delivery team. You will prioritize the new demand within the project portfolio for VF-RO market and work closely with various local market and Group stakeholders to ensure demands are technically feasible, meet strategic alignment and budget requirements. For the new demand will high level coordinate the impact assessment, considering the projects lifecycle: feasibility , development, testing & acceptance and implementation of SW and HW for various information systems in all technology areas managed by our department for Vodafone Romania market. 

This is a critical role that provides a consolidated view of all materials and information needed to enable the senior leadership team and sponsors to make informed, factual based decisions. The Country Demand & Governance Manager will document the outcome of these decisions and is accountable for ensuring any subsequent changes to the Network Plans are recorded accurately in the relevant documents and communicated to all stakeholders.

 

This role is also accountable for producing and communicating a wide range of reporting materials to ensure the senior leadership team and stakeholders are fully informed of Networks performance as a function through a series of specific metrics and KPIs.

•Demand Management: The demand turns into analysis of the impact on all aspects of the development / implementation, needed to fulfil the project deliverables and ensure that includes phases like high level technical solution, identification of impacted systems, resource and budget estimation for all phases of the development / implementation  project, time duration, conflicts with other projects. This role supervises the interlock of all phases mentioned above. Take ownership of demands for project with implementation of SW and HW for various information systems in all technology areas: from requirement definition, triage and handover to delivery teams.

•Conflict Management: Fulfilling Priority and Conflict management with affected stakeholders whilst working proactively on agreed deliverables on behalf of Networks. Liaison with demand requestors during its life cycle and subsequent handover into delivery.

Change Management: Ensure the effective running of the Networks Governance Processes and ensure that all decisions that have wider implications are escalated and dealt with at the appropriate level.

You will work closely with the owners of the performance data, ensure all vital few metrics data is up-to-date and collated on a monthly basis in preparation for the various governance boards.

•You will prepare impact assessment results (high level technical solution, rough budget estimation, time plan) and present it senior leadership team; ensure demand turned into delivery of projects with SW and HW impact on information systems

•You will demonstrate a collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach; quickly building effective internal/external team relationships

•You have strong commercial management experience

•You have excellent understanding of demand and resource management.

•You ensure the data integrity of governance decisions, providing the “single version of the truth”.

•You are an expert in preparation of reporting packs, delivering concise, accurate and easy to read documentation.

•You have experience of working cross-functionally to deliver feasibility study of proposals.

•Highly analytical with excellent communication skills – able to communicate confidently and effectively; able to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand.

•University honours degree (second class or better) in Telecommunication, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science a or equivalent industry experience
