About this Role
What you will do
- Customer Engagement & Onboarding: Act as the single point of contact for PCS introduction and onboarding; manage demand allocation and tracking using Jira and PPM tools; ensure SLA compliance through weekly Demand Review Board meetings.
- Governance: Identify, design, and improve standard processes; manage and enhance tools such as Jira and PPM; develop and implement operating models for demand and product lifecycle management.
- Reporting & KPIs: Collect, aggregate, and refine data to provide accurate status updates at various levels.
- Planning & Control: Facilitate internal forums such as Demand Review Boards and Customer Kick-off calls; consolidate information on ongoing initiatives to support squad leads.
- Communication: Define and execute communication plans for PCS and market engagement; prepare materials for workshops, webinars, and organisational events.
- Organisation: Actively participate in cross-organisational initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
Who you are
- Experienced in Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Skilled in using team facilitation and management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Strong technical knowledge across IT domains, particularly Public Cloud.
- Proven ability in process coordination and service delivery within large, multinational organisations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and maintain a customer-centric focus.
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum one year of experience in Business Analysis or equivalent role across full product lifecycles.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders; telecommunications industry knowledge is highly desirable.
