What you’ll do

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven and strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset, able to align cross-functional teams to exceed business goals.

This role is focused on driving commercial success through our online sales channels developing the digital platforms (site & app) and to increase the adoption rate of these digital channels in Romania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, with a keen understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and sales strategies.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Design and optimize customer journeys that deliver measurable impact, from eCare platforms to seamless eCommerce experiences.
  • Drive digital sales to new heights—our ideal candidate has a proven record of achieving growth in sales performance.
  • Boost customer satisfaction with transformative strategies, like elevating NPS.
  • Lead with data-driven insights, optimizing media investments for maximum ROI and scaling app engagement to reach the highest of the eligible customer base.

Who you are

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on commercial activities (telco/tech industries is a plus);
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; post-graduate studies are a plus
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving online sales growth.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer behavior.
  • Attributes: Strong summarizing, conceptual and data analysis skillset
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and a team player with a passion for e-commerce.
