About this Role
What you’ll do
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities and manage incidents within the radio access network to ensure continuous service quality.
- Monitor and safeguard network performance and service availability.
- Collaborate closely with DNOC operational teams to resolve technical issues and enhance processes.
- Implement operational procedures and strategic initiatives to support best-in-class network operations.
- Maintain a strong focus on network stability and support optimisation of interworking processes.
Who you are
- Possess an in-depth understanding of mobile access networks and related technologies.
- Demonstrate strong customer orientation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage tasks independently while working effectively within a collaborative environment.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and knowledgeable or keen to learn German.
- Bring excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Hold a university degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.Have at least 5 years of 2nd line operational support experience within Vodafone environments.
