Your day to day:

•    Support the developing of a consistent view on the performance of the Fixed Networks and their impact/influence in the customer experience across 10 markets in Europe
•    Promote best practices parameterization/optimization and quality standards across different countries, targeted at improving performance.
•    Definition, reporting and tracking of operational KPIs needed for FAE across markets, promoting actions when required.
•    Active push and coordination of Group scope Fixed Network internal & competitive benchmarking Frameworks across the networks to support the knowledge growth and best practice sharing

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

•    Root cause analysis of performance degradation and improvement possibilities either from vendor/functionality or design/architecture point of view
•    Coordination and lead/support within Fixed Networks of projects or initiatives aimed at:
-    Investigating and correcting specific issues or problems detected in the networks and affecting service performance for the customers
-    Identifying relevant opportunities for performance improvement and positive impact for fixed customers and engaging on their implementation
•    Reporting tasks to guarantee deliver information of the KPIs requested by Fixed Access Engineering teams when required (Dashboards, etc.)
•    Coordination with Big Data departments to ingest and correlate KPIs to improve customer service

With these skills you are a great candidate:

•    5 years work experience in an telecommunications operator /organization supporting large heterogeneous Access & IP infrastructures.
•    Technical knowledge about fixed access networks technologies (HFC, FTTH, xDSL, Wholesale) and Customer equipment (CPE, ONTs, etc.)
•    Functional knowledge for engineering and monitoring tools (performance management, capacity management, customer experience …).
•    Reporting skills and dynamic dashboards
•    Deep knowledge of performance management in Fixed Networks including exposure to performance optimisation activities concerning end-to-end services and architectures


Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•    Experience in Data Analysis/Visualization (Tableau, Qlick, PowerBI etc) and automation tasks with scripting (Python, etc) 
•    Project management skills and ability to work in a team in a multinational project oriented organization.
•    Knowledge of telecoms technologies specially Fixed Access Networks (HFC, FTTH, XDSL, Wholesale) 
•    Strong capabilities for teamwork
•    Fluent in English
