Your day to day:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter, Dart, and Kotlin.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless interaction between frontend and backend.
  • Work on API security (SSL, OAuth, WS-Security) because keeping data safe is non-negotiable.
  • Collaborate with designers to bring their Figma mockups to life—without breaking their vision (or their patience).
  • Use Git to keep code organized (no “final_version_v2_real_final” commits, please).
  • Contribute to Agile (Scrum) development processes and participate in team discussions that may or may not involve debating the best approach over coffee.

  • Provide accurate effort estimates and deliver high-quality code within deadlines—because last-minute surprises should be reserved for birthdays.
  • Write clean, maintainable code that your future self (and teammates) will appreciate.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues effectively—because bugs should never feel at home in your codebase.
  • Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure consistency and scalability.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Must-Have:
  • Strong experience in Flutter, Dart, and Kotlin
  • Solid understanding of API Design, REST, and Security (SSL, OAuth, WS-Security)
  • Experience with Web Services and REST APIs
  • Proficiency with Git—keeping code history clean is a skill, not a nice-to-have

Nice-to-Have:

  • Exposure to Android development (preferred)
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Firebase, AWS, Contentful CMS
  • Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
  • Some Figma experience (from a developer’s perspective, not just admiring the UI)
  • Experience with pan-European architectural solutions for mobile applications
