Your day to day:

  • Global Customer Project Manager initiate, coordinate and consoliddate the technical and service assessment of delivery of complexe opportunities for Group Enterprise by manageing all interested parites and assessing units involvde for the delviery at local and global level. Global Customer Project Manager evaluates the assessing units inputs and combines their assessments regarding delivery, operations, including risks, processes, costs, resoruces and deadlines, producing a global view and recommendation for Group Enterprise Technology to include them in the company’s governance.
  • Global Customer Project Manager will activly manage sales opportunities, asking assessments from various units involved in the potential project delivery, will participate in sales presentations and provide inputs and responses  in requests for proposals during pre-sales, creating documentation and project plans.  
  • Global Customer Project Manger will succesfully handover the project after contract signature to either to a delivery project manger or  will deliver himself the project.

•    Opportunities assessments to ensure delivery is succesful and product can be built, supported in accordance with what was proposed and sold.
•    Manages the Pre-Sales assessment in accordance with customers requirements and product capabilities, making sure of assessment documentation accuracy following the quality standards establihed for governance processes.
•     Participate in the pre-sales and post sales structures forums of Vodafone Business Technologies Solutions having in mind succesful delivery of the projects.
•    Lead a matrix-team of multitalented people from across georaphical locations, cultures and organizations, including Vodafone, its vendors and its customers to deliver multi-tower technical solutions into enterprise customer estates.
•    Create, Consolidate and validate project estimates for inclusion in customer opportunities 

With these skills you are a great candidate:

•    Proven track record of delivering complex customer projects within faced-paced ICT or telecommuications industry
•    Minimum University/Masters degree 
•    Project management certifications (PMI, PMP, PRINCE 2 or SAFe AGILE) and qualification in  Service Management (ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner).
•    Very good English language skills, spoken and written 
•    Experience of working in a highly matrixed , Agile organisation
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when working with remote team members and stakeholders
•    Self-driven, pragmatic approach to problem solving and issue resolution, proven dynamic approach to leadig matrix team, with a drive towards team empowerment and self sufficient
