Your day to day:

You will support the management team in defining and implementing the yearly Human Resources plan and in driving transformational initiatives correlated with the business strategy of the company.

Also act as a change agent and a reliable partner for the management team, contributes to improving the succession plans and talent management and implements the organizational efficiency strategy.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

Business Partnering 

  • To establish trust-based relationships with the function management and acts as a consultant for them 
  • To anticipate potential problems related to the employees of the functions he/she servers and to cooperate with the managers and expertise centers for drafting a adjustment plan.

People Plan and Project Planning

  • To develop the HR yearly plan for the managed function, with a focus on increasing the employees’ level of satisfaction, improving talent management and organizational efficiency. To ensure that the management team of the function is updated on the HR calendar throughout the year.
  • To cooperate with the HR expertise centers for planning communication and implementing the HR activities which request the involvement of the managers from his/her function.
  • To draft the action and implementation plans for delivering the HR plan in his/her function. To manage functional and inter-functional projects for reaching the objectives of the plan.

Talent management and succession plans. 

  • Responsible for recruiting managers for Band F upwards, together with recruitment and Talent Management team and to ensure on meeting the agreed SLAs.
  • To manage the performance calibration process in his function.
  • To ensure that we have talented people in all levels of the organization, so that there are succession plans for all position in Band F and E. To ensure that all succession roles have been established.
  • To manage talents and HiPos so as to ensure they have clear development plans and to make proactive efforts to retain and develop them within the organization.
  • Manage the annual salary review process for the function. Ensure we pay particular attention to HiPos and key people. 

 

Organisational efficiency 

  • To provide consultancy to the management team of the function on organizational design topics for a correct establishing of the functions in order to deliver the business objectives.
  • To ensure the fulfilment of the organizational efficiency objectives - spans, layers, number of employees, salary budget etc.
  • To ensure the interface with the global functions (e.g. vertical functions) for alignment and support in delivering the global objectives
  • Input in the yearly organizational efficiency assessment as part of LRP
  • To obtain information out of analysis (staff turnover, seniority in the organization, internal promotion rate) in order to forecast and to address potential problems with the employees in the function he/she manages

  • Capacity to work both at strategic and operational level
  • Influencing and consultation skills
  • Good English and Romanian knowledge
  • Min. 2 years experience in HR in a large company
