What you’ll do
- Lead and coordinate strategic HR transformation initiatives in partnership with the Senior Transformation Manager.
- Represent the programme in governance forums and manage programme artefacts and documentation.
- Oversee programme budgets, cost savings, and benefit realisation in collaboration with finance.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across VOIS HR and Vodafone Group.
- Shape and deliver change communications and engagement plans with Internal Comms.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and manage risks across workstreams.
- Monitor KPIs and success metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Drive integration of AI and automation in HR practices.
- Champion new ways of working and capability building across HR.
Who you are
- A strategic thinker with strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Experienced in HR transformation, organisational change, or business transformation (3+ years).
- Skilled in programme and project management, governance, and risk coordination.
- Adept in stakeholder engagement, communications, and change enablement.
- Familiar with HR operating models, GenAI, automation, and future of work trends.
- Capable of navigating ambiguity and adapting to change with composure.
- Strong communicator with storytelling and facilitation skills.
- Ethical and trustworthy, fostering collaboration and inclusion.
