Your Contribution:
The Head of Financial Operations (f/m/d) SSC plays a pivotal role in driving process standardization, automation, and customer-centric service excellence, while aligning the SSC strategy with overall business goals including following tasks:
- You collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business (in India and Europe) to ensure alignment, transparency, and responsiveness to evolving business needs
- You lead & manage the SSC, overseeing day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning of the relationship between Vantage Towers markets and our SSC
- You develop and implement SSC strategies that drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and service quality for all markets
- You ensure the delivery of services in accordance with Service Level Agreements and KPIs
- You act as a key driver of continuous improvement, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives (e.g. automation & RPA)
- You own the SSC budget, cost management, and resource allocation
- You build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams; foster a culture of service excellence and accountability
- You ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulatory requirements
What makes you stand out:
- Proven track record (5+ years) in leading shared service operations or related functions in a multinational environment
- Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Deep understanding of process management, service delivery models, and performance measurement (KPIs, SLAs)
- Experience with transformation projects, change management, and implementing digital tools (e.g. ERP systems, RPA, workflow automation).
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, financial, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage across functional and hierarchical boundaries
- Fluency in English; German is beneficial (other languages are a plus)
