Your Contribution:
The Head of Financial Service & Performance Management (m/f/d) plays a pivotal role in driving process standardization, automation, and customer-centric service excellence, while aligning the SSC strategy with overall business goals including following tasks:

You steer the strategic direction of our service organization and align the service model with overall business goals.

You drive process standardization, automation, and digitalization of financial processes.

You act as the central interface and ensure collaboration with key stakeholders across Europe and India.

You set standards and implement the performance management framework, including SLAs and KPIs, to monitor service delivery.

You serve as a Change Leader, ensuring a smooth transition to the new service organization.

You are responsible for budget planning and ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
What makes you stand out:
- Proven track record (5+ years) in the strategic governance and steering of shared service organizations or comparable functions.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, especially in a coordinating role without direct disciplinary authority.
- Deep understanding of process management, service governance models, and performance measurement (KPIs, SLAs).
- Experience with transformation projects and the implementation of digital tools (e.g., ERP systems, RPA).
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate across functional and hierarchical boundaries.
- Fluency in English is required
