IT Business Analyst
Your day to day
As an IT Business Analyst you will be accountable for the end to end analysis activities required for the development and enhancement of Enterprise products and will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the high quality Enterprise products, that deliver the best customer experience and meet our client’s needs.

- Accountable for delivering high - quality business analysis that focuses on delivering a great Customer Experience.
- Ensures that the product and service-level customer and user experience is defined, communicated, and understood, with pain points identified, and opportunities for improvement road-mapped.
- Adopts Design Thinking Principles and applies the Design Thinking Processes and Methods to ensure customer and user insight drives product and service development.
- Accountable for on time delivery of high - quality business requirements for both waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies.
- Accountable for Requirements Management during the project lifecycle, including both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Manage Traceability throughout the project lifecycle and ensures the business impact against compliance is understood.
- Accountable for continuously improving the business analysis ways of working
- Collaboration with a variety of stakeholders such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, Solution Architect, Test Manager, Project/Program Manager, Service Designer.
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- University degree
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/IT Business Analyst/Functional Business Analyst
- Excellent English writing and communication skills (at least B2, ideal C1-C2)
- Experience in working with both Agile & Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Requirements analysis and elicitation
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in working with requirements management tools (JIRA and Confluence)
- Ability to work with offshore/virtual teams
