Your day to day:

As an IT Business Analyst you will be accountable for the end to end analysis activities required for the development and enhancement of Enterprise products and will play a critical role in the delivery of the high quality Enterprise products, the best customer experience and meet our client’s needs.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Accountable for delivering high-quality business analysis that focuses on delivering a great Customer Experience.
  • Ensures that product scope and requirements are well understood, communicated, and understood, with plain simple product artefacts, and opportunities for improvement noted/mapped.
  • Adopts Design Thinking principles using the Design Thinking Processes and Methods to ensure innovation is driven into product design and user experience.
  • Manage Traceability throughout all stages of delivery – build awareness for both waterfall & agile project methodologies.
  • Responsible for continuously improving within their practice. Including both functional & non-functional requirements.

  • Accountable for continuously improving the business analysis ways of working
  • Work closely with a variety of stakeholders such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, Solution Architect, Test Manager, Program/Project Managers, Service Designers

With these skills you are a great candidate:

 

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst/IT Business Analyst/Product Owner
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills (at least level C1; level C2+)
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Strong facilitation skills across various stakeholders
  • Ability to work with data via SQL or other data querying tools
  • Strong knowledge in requirements management tools (JIRA and Confluence)
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders
