IT Delivery Manager
Your day to Day
You will be responsible for managing end to end IT delivery of multiple projects across VOIS organisation within the area of data analytics (this includes from the scope definition and overall IT costs estimation until the deployment to production and post Go live support). The role will manage the application delivery, test, data, infrastructure, integration with local systems, deployment and transition to Support and Operations teams.
In addition to the standard involvement of the IT Delivery Manager as part of the implementation model, this role you will provide a key contribution for the set up of the major projects supporting the business case definition, RFP / RFI, resource planning, IT resources on-boarding, project set up and mobilization.
It is worth highlighting the deep contribution of the role on the budget management. The role will be in charge of collecting the high level estimations of the key initiatives within the area named above and consolidate the view for program board approval.
The role manages at project level multiple technology teams split across all geographies of _VOIS organisation.

- You will ensure on-time, on-budget and on-quality delivery for IT projects coordinated or delivered by _VOIS IT organisation. This includes delivery of Innovation projects and introduction of new services in _VOIS.
- You will provide inputs and with Service Lines/DAAS on _VOIS business cases creation, solution feasibility and costs estimation for IT implementations.
- You will define the strategy for delivery engine and approach for delivery lifecycle, identify best practices.
- You will drive stakeholder management within _VOIS. Serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions related to Delivery
- You will be in charge of local markets and Group Functions management for the E2E delivery including Director level stakeholder mng and steerco
- You will be in charge of projects delivered in time and as within the agreed budget
- You will be in charge of smooth transition to operations for new solutions and implementations.
With these skills you are a great candidate
- You have experience in agile Delivery covering all key aspects of IT (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Deployment, Operations).
- Track record for successful projects delivery and transformation programms in international environment, deploying solutions in several countries
- You have proven experience in managing cross functional teams in a multinational organisation
- You have the ability to work in European country and to travel up to 10% of the time
- You have the ability to communicate at all levels (from development team up to CIO / CFO) and to organise/drive meetings ensuring a clear reporting
- You have 5+ years’ experience in delivering projects / programmes in international environment both in Waterfall and SAFe
- You have 4+ years of delivery experience with teams globally distributed
- Not required specific technical qualifications
- Required Expertise and experience in system integration covering all key aspects of IT (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Deployment, Operations).
- SaF(e) Agile/ PMI/ Prince certification
