What you’ll do
- Own and champion the vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for Digital & AI products, aligned to company objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Lead product discovery: continuous user research, validating problem/solution fit, defining MVP scope, and refining product hypotheses based on insights and data.
- Act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, value, and feasibility.
- Define, track, and improve product KPIs (e.g., adoption, customer experience, revenue/value), using data to steer decisions and trade-offs.
- Facilitate and actively contribute to agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review), supporting the squad to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
- Ensure products are scalable, adaptable, extensible, and manageable, working closely with engineers and solution architects on solution design.
- Define operational, technical, commercial, and communication requirements for releases; clarify roles and responsibilities across contributors to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competition (packaging/price/positioning/features) and translate insights into roadmap improvements and opportunities.
- Contribute to building strong squads and ways of working (templates, reusable plans/deliverables, community of practice), helping scale delivery and shorten time-to-market.
Who you are
- Proven Product Owner / Product Manager experience in an Agile environment (minimum 5+ years overall experience, including 3+ years in Product Ownership/Product Management).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence decisions across business and technology and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Customer- and value-driven mindset: able to translate customer needs into product features, stories, and end-to-end flows.
- Analytical and delivery-focused, comfortable using data and KPIs to guide decisions, prioritization, and roadmap trade-offs.
- Confident decision-maker and problem solver, able to challenge assumptions and manage expectations when something is not achievable.
- Excellent English (spoken and written), with strong communication skills from product specifications and ticket writing to stakeholder presentations.
- Experience with Data Science / AI / ML products is a strong plus; telecom and/or digital marketing exposure is also a plus.
