Lead - Global Investigations
Your day to day:
Will be a critical member of the _VOIS Corporate Security organisation and will be accountable for ensuring in creating and driving the following key agenda within _VOIS.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
• You will be in charge of monitoring and Implementation of _VOIS specific procedures, exceptions to Group and _VOIS policies, risk control matrix etc., through _VOIS Global Lead of Investigations across _VOIS locations.
• You will manage Speak-ups and Investigations end to end across _VOIS India and coordinating with _VOIS Global Lead of Investigations and the Local Triage teams. If required, with the group teams as well.
• You will publish qualitative and quantitative metrics as well as reports on periodic basis for all Speak Ups and Investigations.
• You will be in charge of aligning _VOIS Investigations with the Group Internal Investigations Policy and be the local contact for all Investigation related matters including maintenance and upkeep of the Vodafone Case Management Tool (VCMT).
• You will conduct specific awareness and trainings basis the Investigations Embedding Programme for Investigators across _VOIS and accordingly reconcile VCMT rights.
• You will interact with internal and external stakeholders/ investigators as well as the Leadership at _VOIS.
•You will be in charge of implementation of _VOIS Investigation Strategy and the Group Internal Investigations Policy across _VOIS locations.
• You will manage end to end Investigations including Speak Ups across _VOIS Locations as well as prepare and maintain detailed and accurate reports, records and KPIs for all investigations performed including presenting the same with relevant stakeholders and leaders.
With these skills you are a great candidate:
• You have experience into end to end Internal Investigations at large scale organisations. Exposure to Physical Security, Fraud Management, Information Security and IT Infrastructure and Technology shall be a plus.
•You have strong analytical & influencing skills.
•You have proven leadership competencies.
• You have a strong communication & interpersonal skills
• You have Bachelor or Master’s Degree from an accredited university (majoring in Commerce, Mathematics, Arts, Law, Business, Accounting or Computer-Data Science).
• You have preferably a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and/or Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) certification. A Certification and/ or working knowledge of PEACE/ Reid/ Wicklander-Zulawski interview techniques.
• You have minimum Five (5) to Eight (8) or more years of experience (depending on geography) managing investigations, preferably in a IT/ITeS organization or in large sectors with complex environments. Exposure to telecom is desirable not mandatory.
