About this Role

We are seeking a cloud-focused operations professional who is passionate about service reliability, automation, and continuous improvement. This role sits at the intersection of operations, development, and innovation, supporting IoT services through AWS-based infrastructure, DevOps practices, and AI-enabled tooling. It is well-suited to individuals who enjoy problem-solving, collaboration, and working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

What you will do

  • Ensure high service availability through effective troubleshooting, restoration, and change implementation.
  • Perform daily service health checks and ensure adherence to defined SLA and KPI targets.
  • Analyse operational feedback and service performance data to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to improve and evolve IoT services.
  • Automate operational tasks and incident resolution using AI tools and DevOps practices.
  • Build, maintain, and operate CI/CD pipelines enabling automated production deployments.
  • Review features prior to release and provide structured feedback and recommendations.
  • Produce regular performance and health reports for solution components.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building across the team.

Who you are

  • Experienced in working with cloud-based infrastructure, particularly AWS.
  • Knowledgeable in ITIL frameworks, DevOps principles, and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Comfortable drafting, analysing, and debugging SQL queries.
  • Familiar with prompt engineering concepts and their operational application.
  • Confident in debugging and troubleshooting applications on Linux-based servers.
  • Able to script or program using one or more of the following: Bash, Perl, Python, or Java.
  • Experienced in multinational or culturally diverse working environments.
  • A clear and confident communicator, with strong written and spoken English skills.

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Linux training or certification.
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
  • Experience operating and managing applications in large-scale enterprise environments.
