About this Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support for recruitment and employment processes. This role is dedicated to the German market, and therefore proficiency in the German language is essential. The successful candidate will ensure accurate data input and validation in HR systems, while supporting the recruitment and personnel administration teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

What you will do

•    Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
•    Ensure high-quality administrative support for recruitment processes.
•    Maintain and update reports related to resources and projects.
•    Manage interview alignments, rescheduling, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth candidate journey.
•    Liaise with hiring managers to collect and track interview feedback.
•    Lead offer management processes, collaborating with hiring teams to deliver competitive and compelling offers.

What skills you need

•    Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), scheduling tools, email platforms, and video conferencing software.
•    Strong organisational and reporting skills.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
•    Customer service orientation and a collaborative approach.
•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•    Advanced Excel skills, including spreadsheet creation, formula usage, and report generation.
•    Fluency in English (written and verbal).
•    Proficiency in German (C1 level preferred).
