Scopul Rolului

In calitate de dezvoltator software junior in cadrul Vodafone Romania Technologies veti fi responsabil cu dezvoltarea produselor, serviciilor, functionalitatilor si modulelor software specifice, precum si cu asigurarea suportului de nivel 3 pentru acestea. Solutiile software sunt complexe, includ baze de date, logica de business, interfete utilizator si integrari cu alte componente sau sisteme care le sustin.

Rolul presupune colaborarea cu o echipa internationala angrenata in oferirea de solutii pentru clientii de tip enterprise din lumea intreaga.

Responsabilitati

  • Dezvoltarea de cod bine structurat si documentat, in concordanta cu standardele companiei.
  • Documentarea imbunatatirilor si schimbarilor efectuate asupra sistemului.
  • Munca eficienta in cadrul echipei, impartita in cadrul mai multor tari si zone temporale.
  • Abilitatea de a se integra cu succes intr-o echipa si de a lucra pe mai multe proiecte simultan.
  • Planificarea si programarea pentru livrarea rezultatelor, a obiectivelor si a etapelor stabilite.
  • Livrarea de software corespunzator cerintelor initiale, administrand toate aspectele implicate in cadrul procesului de implementare de software si a integrarii continue;

Competente

  • Interesat de dezvoltarea de software pentru internet, aplicatii mobile si / sau tehnologii de comunicare;
  • Interesat de lucrul intr-un mediu international si inovator;
  • Cunostinte despre aplicatii de versionare software (Git).
  • Cunostinte de baza despre sistemul de operare Linux (administrare, intretinere, scripting) constituie un avantaj.
  • Cunostinte despre metologii Agile (SCRUM) sunt un plus.
  • Abilitati interpersonale si de prezentare care favorizeaza posibilitatea de adaptare a stilului pentru a asigura atingerea obiectivelor si compatibilitatea cu publicul din audienta;
  • Abilitati de comunicare (atat in scris, cat si in vorbire).
