Junior Software Developer
Your day to day:
As a Junior Software Developer at VOIS, you will be working on enterprise software products, services, functionalities and modules, as well as providing level 3 support for them.
You will work on complex software solutions, including databases, business logic, user interfaces and integrations with other components or systems that support them.
The role involves collaborating with an international team engaged in providing solutions for enterprise clients worldwide.

- Develop well-structured and documented code, in accordance with company standards.
- Document improvements and changes made to the system.
- Work effectively on projects developed and utilized across multiple countries and time zones.
- Ability to successfully integrate into a team and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Plan and schedule for the delivery of results, objectives and established milestones.
- Deliver software in accordance with initial requirements, managing all aspects involved in the software implementation and continuous integration process.
- Providing time and effort estimates for the implementation of assigned technical specifications.
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- Interested in developing software for the internet, mobile applications and/or communication technologies.
- Academic knowledge or basic professional experience in software development using at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP) and databases (relational and/or non-relational).
- Basic knowledge of the software life cycle (development, testing, integration, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of the Linux operating system (administration, maintenance, scripting) is an advantage.
- Interested in working in an international and innovative environment.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM) is a plus.
- Interpersonal and presentation skills, able to adapt the style to the audience.
- Communication skills (both written and spoken) - advanced English.
