What you’ll do
- Plans and execute short & medium-term actions as well as develop strategy for digital sales and campaigns;
- Creates, implements and optimizes digital campaigns supporting business objectives;
- Works with stakeholders implementing their briefs and business requests maximizing results and investment (paid channels and owned channels);
- Makes sure the campaign plan is properly executed, without delays and following agreed KPIs on both paid and owned media;
- Is responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing a direct communication plan across digital channels (email, SMS and push notification), including target segmentation;
- Lead ongoing reviews of business commercial processes and developing optimizations strategies;
- Optimizes web content(landing pages) performance as well as following SEO principles when developing new features;
- Works alongside relevant stakeholders on digital campaigns performance, optimiziations, A/B testing and reporting/insight collection;
- Daily campaign monitoring and stakeholder updates;
- Budget owner for online media budget and is responsible of forecast, analysis and reporting;
- Make recommendations on commercial strategy and processes based on internal and external factors;
- Support for the Product Owner for preparing short/mid/long term backlog for the squad to sustain commercial plan.
Who you are
- A strategic thinker with a university degree and strong commercial acumen
- Proven experience in marketing, digital strategy, or commercial roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Confident in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office
- Familiar with martech and analytics tools, with a data-driven mindset
- Adaptable, stress-resilient, and committed to continuous learning
- A team player who leads by example and supports others in achieving shared goals
