What you’ll do
In your role, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with local and Group policies as well as their implementation in Vodafone systems from a financial-accounting perspective.
Maintains the relationship with the external and internal audit, responsible with the preparing of the statutory reports and financial statements required to be submitted to the competent authorities.
- In your role, you will be responsible with implementation and oversee all SOX control requirements align with Vodafone Group Policy and Local Management decisions
- Prepares the individual financial statements as well as the consolidated financial statements necessary to be submitted to the competent authorities
- Maintain the relationship with the external and internal auditor on all financial-accounting topics
- Ensures the completeness and accuracy of the Balance Sheet as the reporting base for both the IFRS-Group and the statutory-OMFP
- Maintain the correct and complete reporting of all Group financial KPIs
- Lead the financial certification process at the half-year and at the year-end according to the calendar provided by Vodafone Group
- Identify and analyze all financial risks and opportunities in the reporting balance both in IFRS Group and statutory-local
- Implement all necessary controls to ensure the completeness of the reported information and compliant with the legal and financial requirements
- Acts as coordinator for the specific finance projects in the finance department
Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years in the field of Financial Audit or Finance
- Good understanding of business processes in ERP SAP landscape
- Knowledge of accounting according to RAS and IFRS
- Good MS-Office skills (especially in MS-Excel)
- Your open and communicative nature as well as fluent English skills complete your profile
- Good communication and relationship skills at different levels;
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize the activity;
- Change management, good time-management, working with tight deadlines;
- ACCA or CIMA Certification is an advantage
- Experience in the Telecom industry is a plus
