Your day to day:

  • The Leadership Hiring Recruiter is responsible for leading all leadership hiring activities in VOIS European Locations. 
  • This includes sourcing, assessing, and closing leadership positions across various functions and levels. The role will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR partners, and external search firms to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

•    Develop and execute leadership hiring strategies for VOIS European Locations, aligned with business goals and talent needs for the location. 
•    Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, considering both technical skills and cultural fit.  
•    Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer acceptance. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress. 
•    Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.  
•    Hiring Experience: Providing a smooth, respectful, and engaging hiring process for both hiring managers & high-level candidates.  

With these skills you are a great candidate:

•    Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 
•    6 years’ experience in leadership recruitment, preferably in a multinational organization or search firm. 
•    Familiarity with executive search methodologies and tools.  
•    Ability to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and identifying leadership talent that aligns with the company’s long-term goals. 
•     Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  
•    Staying updated on industry trends and executive talent availability. 
•    Effectively influence senior leaders to make well informed & strategic decisions about candidates.
