We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.
About this Role
We are seeking a highly capable and adaptable Learning & Development Specialist to lead and manage both Global and Local Induction programmes at VOIS. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners, while also delivering leadership development initiatives. The individual will collaborate across cross-functional teams and work closely with VOIS leaders to maintain governance and alignment of induction and development programmes
What you will do
- Facilitate and manage end-to-end Global and Local Induction programmes.
- Deliver leadership development products and ensure smooth onboarding for new joiners.
- Act as a key stakeholder for all Learning & Development activities across VOIS.
- Design and implement soft skills and leadership interventions.
- Promote and drive a digital-first learning culture through high-impact interventions.
- Monitor completion rates and support the globalisation of learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align learning solutions with business needs.
Who you are
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an operational function, preferably within a multinational and matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
