We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.
About this Role
What you will do
- Deliver technical support for network applications and systems (2nd Line support), including on-call availability.
- Plan, assess, implement, and prepare release phases and change requests.
- Participate in project decision-making and agree on realistic timelines for deliverables.
- Create and update CI/CD pipelines and code repositories to improve deployment processes.
- Review and update existing and new features.
- Manage incidents, problems, and service requests, including implementing workarounds.
- Identify automation opportunities and develop scripts, including Infrastructure as Code.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Provide operational and technical expertise for feasibility studies and cost estimations.
- Modify and adapt software solutions for improved performance and customer experience.
- Conduct impact analysis and implement technical solutions to resolve incidents and advanced issues.
- Build sustainable relationships with internal and external partners to ensure SLA compliance.
Who you are
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and Agile methodology.
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure, Actions), version control (Git), and Terraform.
- Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, REST APIs.
- Skilled in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, or Go.
- Operational knowledge of Linux servers and troubleshooting application issues.
- Experience managing applications in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Flask framework and openAPI/Swagger.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree and certifications such as LPIC1&2, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, and MongoDB Certified Developer path.
- ITIL knowledge is a plus.
