We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.
About this Role
What you will do
- Manage and support the implementation of projects in the production environment, including new software solutions, upgrades, expansions, redundancies, and decommissioning activities.
- Define and coordinate all project phases for operations teams: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Deliver solutions in a product-oriented manner, ensuring alignment across infrastructure, on‑premises and cloud dependencies.
- Act as the single point of contact for operations teams in discussions with product managers, solution architects, service managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure software, network, and work systems are thoroughly tested and meet operational expectations before production deployment.
- Coordinate network and server migration activities across multiple environments.
- Capture, review, and clarify requirements with stakeholders, highlighting dependencies and supporting resolution.
- Collaborate with Service Design and Operations teams to propose optimal, scalable solutions.
- Oversee and approve change management requests within project phases, ensuring minimal impact on production systems.
- Maintain key deliverables such as updated HLDs, LLDs, risk registers, non-functional requirements, and change requests.
- Track and complete all training requirements for operations teams before project launch.
Who you are
- You bring at least one year of experience in project coordination, transition management, or delivery management within network or IT environments.
- You have strong understanding of IoT systems and experience with telecom technologies such as Core CS, PS, IP, VoLTE (IMS), and SMS/VAS.
- You possess sound knowledge of IP networking, protocols, and core network equipment.
- You have experience working in multinational environments and communicate confidently in English (B2–C1).
- You hold a university degree in engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or a related field.
- You are familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- You have foundational knowledge of ITIL practices and relevant project management principles.
