Your day to day:

Manages projects directly providing all relevant information to internal clients. The network planning core activities are related to planning, development, acceptance and implementation of SW & HW for the information systems in one of the technology areas (Core, Mobile Access, Transport & Transmission, and OSS). Gather and analyse client’s requirements, ensure appropriate project prioritisation and interdependencies identification. Focus on resource planning with a special focus on projects business case creation to ensure their financial approval by the relevant forums. Coordinates projects budget planning and ensures reporting towards main stakeholders including Heads of technology areas.
 

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

•    Manage GNED projects’ delivery related to information systems for one specific functional area by coordinating the projects’ phases (project plan definition, supervises the detailed project activities and cross-check them permanently) in collaboration with GNED  teams in order to align the Regional Rollout for all the information systems with the client’s requirements (European OpCos).
•    Evolution plans for projects 
•    Analyse client requirements and ensure project’s goals and deliverables meet the client’s requirements (especially but not limited to the financial ones)
•    Ensure projects prioritization
•    Monitor & track all projects’ status and highlight efficiency opportunities when it comes to information systems (HW&SW) upgrades
•    Report project status to the main stakeholders, focusing on financial aspects (but not limited to)
•    Ensures reports for the financial and technical KPI’s
 

With these skills you are a great candidate:

•    Process & Project management
•    Financial acumen
•    Good knowledge of Mobile Network Architecture (including HW and SW platforms roadmap)
•    Knowledge of Software & HW platform Roadmap and implications in the lifecycle of the Network platforms
•    Stakeholder management


Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•     Bachelor degree or Engineering
•    Inter-functional relationships
•    Knowledge of network topologies and technological trends
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Over 3 years’ experience in Technology planning or similar
•    English High Level
