About this Role
What you’ll do
Who you are
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications or have equivalent practical experience.
- You have basic to intermediate knowledge of Java development and object-oriented programming, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in enterprise software environments.
- You possess foundational knowledge of relational databases and SQL, ideally including exposure to Oracle databases and PL/SQL concepts.
- You understand software development lifecycle practices, including coding standards, unit testing, defect resolution and technical documentation.
- You have exposure to, or are keen to learn, integration technologies and patterns used in OSS environments, including JDBC, XML-based interfaces, HTTP/XML and SOAP services.
- You have a basic understanding of scripting and automation concepts, with Shell scripting knowledge considered advantageous.
- You are familiar with version control systems and development toolchains used within enterprise delivery environments.
- You have a basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and experience or interest in AI-assisted development tools.
- You are able to use AI-assisted tools to support coding, testing and troubleshooting activities while continuously developing your skills.
- ou demonstrate curiosity, a willingness to learn, strong collaboration skills and effective communication.
- You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of testing and deployment activities within integration environments would be beneficial.
