We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.
About this Role
What you will do
- Provide first-line technical services for live information systems used by Vodafone OpCos and joint ventures.
- Perform analytical activities and apply relevant technology knowledge to maintain network performance.
- Identify, document, and escalate software or hardware deficiencies within defined systems.
- Record network incidents clearly and accurately in dedicated tools.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal VOIS teams.
- Support the maintenance of network solutions following established procedures and operator requirements.
- Detect defects across telecom networks and escalate them to higher support levels when needed.
- Investigate and correlate technical issues raised by Customer Operations or Service Desk teams and direct them to advanced technical levels.
- Develop competencies in dedicated software tools relevant to telecom operations.
Who you are
- Able to understand technical concepts and interpret data effectively.
- Familiar with architectures and protocols across RAN, Access, Core, Transmission, and fixed/mobile networks.
- Skilled in working with virtual teams and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Confident communicator in both English and Romanian.
- Advantageous: knowledge of equipment technology, information systems, and operating systems used in RAN, Access, Core, and Transport domains.
