Your day to day:

During delivery phase the Delivery Project Coordinator is responsible for owning a variety of customer delivery projects through the phases of a project lifestyle, from initial opportunity through to successful handover into business-as-usual operations, with a focus on meeting project commitments through strong team work and pragmatism.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

•    Lead a matrix-team of multitalented people from across geographical locations, cultures and organizations, including Vodafone, its vendors and its customers to deliver multi-tower technical solutions into enterprise customer estates
•    Create project plans and schedules to support and track milestone delivery, using tasks, dependencies and timeframes
•    Manage the project requirements, scope, specifications and project budget through regular finance tracking
•    Manage assumptions, dependencies, risks, issues and project change within the appropriate governance and assurance frameworks, recording project data in central systems.
•    Provide accurate reports on project progress to senior stakeholders within Vodafone and the customer
 

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex customer projects within faced-paced ICT or telecommunications industry
  • Minimum University/Masters degree
  • Project management background in IT /Telecom
  • Very good English language skills, spoken and written
  • Experience of working in a highly matrixed , Agile organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when working with remote team members and stakeholders
  • Self-driven, pragmatic approach to problem solving and issue resolution, proven dynamic approach to leading matrix team, with a drive towards team empowerment and self sufficient
