About this Role

We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to join the OSSFF Business Enablement team in Bucharest. This role is responsible for end-to-end order management, acting as a key link between commercial, finance and operations teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will support order-to-cash activities, maintain data accuracy, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute to process improvement and operational reporting.

What you’ll do

  • Enter, validate and monitor customer orders within the ordering system.
  • Verify customer information, pricing accuracy and contractual data.
  • Manage order amendments, cancellations and related requests.
  • Liaise with Sales and Account Managers to clarify order requirements and contract details.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams regarding invoicing activities and payment terms.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to support service delivery.
  • Support invoicing processes and order-to-invoice reconciliation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and approval requirements.
  • Support forecasting activities and provide reporting on orders and backlog status.
  • Communicate order status, delivery updates and potential delays to relevant stakeholders.
  • Resolve order-related issues and contribute to a positive customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within order-to-cash processes.
  • Support standardisation and automation initiatives, including workflow improvements.
  • Produce operational reports and monitor key performance indicators.

Who you are

  • Experience in order management, order-to-cash processes or related operational functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of customer order processing, contract administration, pricing validation and invoicing activities.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to support forecasting, backlog management and operational reporting.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality and process compliance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
  • Good Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
