Your Day to Day

You will support Organizational Transformation, you will manage change Initiatives, you will serve as the main interface between C&S and Central Planning Teams, Group HR and Finance, you will optimize Tools and Processes, you will support people plan activities and you will communicate and collaborate.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

• You will support Organizational Transformation by analyzing and driving relevant initiatives

•You will analyze Tools and Processes and Identify/Plan/Deliver optimization activities

•You will support the C&S headcount management

•You will support People Plan activities, to enhance growth and engagement

•You will manage and coordinate pre-launch activities for new initiatives

• You will relevant to transformation initiatives: This includes analysis outcomes, key milestones, goals, timelines, deliverables, and reports.

• You will be in charge of headcount Reports: Detailed reports on workforce planning and headcount management.

• You will document with analysis outcomes: These documents include assessments and actions for optimization activities.

• You will Framework for the launch of new initiatives: This includes all necessary documentation, communication plans, and other preparatory materials.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

•You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate collaboration across functional and organizational boundaries.

•You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex projects and initiatives from inception to completion.

•You have ability to adopt a Customer-Centric Mindset, understanding and meeting the organization’s needs to drive internal customers’ satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately contributing to the success of organizational transformation efforts.

•You are commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in organizational agility, transformation, and integrated solutions.

•You are familiar with  change management principles and experience in leading transformational change initiatives within complex organizations would be advantageous

•University degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent

•You have work experience in Mobile/Fixed Network Operator/Supplier in telecommunications or relevant ICT area

•You have preferrable with Project Management and/or SAFe/Agile project management certifications

•Awareness in Change Management frameworks (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent) will be appreciated.
