We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.
About this Role
What you’ll do
- Administer provisioning and monitoring platforms, including critical OSS applications.
- Troubleshoot faults and implement corrective actions, engaging with third-party support when required.
- Perform daily monitoring and health checks, contributing to incident detection and system optimisation.
- Participate in projects, process improvements, and configuration verification activities.Interact with technical staff, NOC engineers, and Service Delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Apply strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes (INM, PRM, SRM).Confidently handle ticket systems and auto-routing for efficient issue resolution.
Who you are
- Ability to create technical instructions and provide 2nd level support for OSS applications.
- Solid knowledge of Linux OS, application/database administration, and telecom protocols.
- Experience in service request fulfilment and system/software rollouts.
- Exposure to virtualisation technologies such as VMware vSphere/ESX and Microsoft Azure.
- Strong teamwork orientation and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with ITIL-aligned operational practices, including role/access management, security compliance, and accurate documentation (KEDB, inventories, operational guides).
- University degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in server/application operations and maintenance, and Linux OS/database operations.Willingness to learn programming or scripting languages (experience is a plus).
