As PEGA Developer you are responsible of implementing and developing new PEGA technical solutions.
You will be building mission critical solutions for the business that will be consumed by the applications with exposure to thousands of customers.
You will work in friendly and dynamic squad together with other developers, testers, business and system analysts or architects.

What you’ll do

  •   Design and develop PEGA BPM flows.
  •   Design class structures, decision flows, application frameworks and adaptive models.
  •   Conduct system performance tests.
  •   Maintain the security of all system applications.
  •   Coordinate  with the squad team, as well as other IT or business teams, to ensure the technical solution matches the needs of the business requirements.
  •   Understand the business needs and provide technological support of demand management during concept and solution design phases and change requests.
  •   Maintain strong relations with relevant stakeholders, to include Architects, Solution Designers, project team and vendors.

Who you are

  •    Proven work experience as a Pega developer or other BPM solutions (like Flowlable, Activiti or BPMN).
  •    Experience with PEGA PRPC 6.x/7.x/8.x, Pega Marketing is a plus.
  •    Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, and EJB.
  •    Knowledge of at least one main stream coding language.
  •    Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues, codding bugs and bottlenecks as they arise during the project lifecycle.
  •    Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.
  •    Knowledge of integration protocols (REST - JSON, SOAP - XML, HTML).
  •    Knowledge of web technologies (Javascript, HTML, CSS, XML, etc).
  •    Working experience with Jenkins, GitLab, Nexus, Jira/HP ALM.
