Your day to day:

Your role is responsible to provide the PMO function for the organisation including, Portfolio coordination, activity tracking and follow up of tasks execution, facilitation of Programme meetings and governance.

You will be responsible to support and drive the adoption of Agile frameworks and methodologies like SAFe – Lean Portfolio Management throughout the organization.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for setting up CoPs (Community of Practices) to drive us towards operational excellence and to ensure best practice and information sharing in the best possible way. 

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Set-up mechanisms to measure continuously our value and success.
  • Drive and foster the change of the organization towards the Scaled Agile Framewok [SAFe] view of Agile and Lean Portfolio Management [LPM] adoption. 
  • Eensure that ways of workings are consistent. 
  • Involve in all the Agile Portfolio Operations activities such as coordinating value streams, supporting programme execution, activity tracking and follow up, communicate outcomes.
  • Maintain the programme risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies log and manages the actions and outcomes associated with it.  
  • Set up Portfolio metrics with a strong focus on Jira align opportunities. Establish an extensive risk and dependency management.  

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Previous experience in working with SAFe or in an Agile PMO environment.
  • Experience of agile tools in the Strategy to Plan domain (e.g. Jira, Jira Align, Confluence)
  • Ability to work independently with stakeholders across all areas of the business and located in different countries.
  • Background in portfolio management, product delivery and/or programme/project management
  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written);
