PMO Specialist
Your day to day:
The Portfolio Specialist is a key member of the Portfolio Management team. You will maintain records of overall portfolio deliveries, facilitate the governance of portfolio management events, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement in the application of methodologies and tools for portfolio governance.
The role will be part of the Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics [AIDA] department and will be focusing on the management of the AI Portfolio. There are well established policies and frameworks to help all of us make correct decisions when implementing the technology and we have created an AI Portfolio Board as the entry point for all AI/GenAI use cases, across all their lifetime, to support use case scale-up and alignment to the strategy, with an Agile Approach.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Review AI Use Cases to ensure all requirements are available and engage with Use Case owners to facilitate the submission of new Use Cases
- Always keep the AI Portfolio up to date and act as the AI Portfolio SME
- Ensure execution of AI Portfolio events, support the setup of the AI Board’s agenda and manage 121’s with various use case owners, as needed.
- Document and communicate all agreed actions post event to all stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in the application of methodologies and tools to portfolio governance, shares best practices
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- Good understanding of project management frameworks;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite, and/or any other reporting and analysis tool
- Strong communications skills at all levels;
- Self-starter able to work independently and remotely
- Growth mind-set, adaptable, flexible, willing to develop and learn;
- University degree, preferred in computer science / statistics / economics / mathematics / statistics or equivalent;
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written);
