About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Physical Security professional to deliver day‑to‑day security operations across assigned Vodafone locations. The individual will be responsible for conducting site risk assessments, implementing mitigation measures, managing access control, overseeing third‑party providers, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and responding to security incidents. This role safeguards Vodafone’s physical security environment and strengthens overall business resilience.

What you will do

  • Conduct physical site risk assessments, design mitigation measures, and collaborate with Facilities, Operations and Network teams to ensure complete security alignment.
  • Oversee access control rights for assigned locations and lead incident response, including investigations into breaches or emerging threats.
  • Ensure full compliance with Vodafone security policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage third‑party security service providers and contractors in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor physical security trends and threats relevant to assigned sites and provide regular insights and reports to senior management.

Who you are

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in physical security operations with proven exposure in corporate, tech, critical infrastructure or similar environments.
  • Skilled in conducting risk assessments and managing incident response activities.
  • Effective in managing third‑party service providers and ensuring adherence to service standards.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong practical problem‑solving skills.
  • Familiar with ISO 27001 physical security controls and local regulatory requirements.
