We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.
About this Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Platform Configuration Specialist to manage and optimise digital platforms that support operational excellence and enhance user experience. This role involves configuring platform settings, integrating third-party tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
What you will do
- Configure and manage platform settings including user permissions, workflows, data structures, and integrations.
- Implement and maintain configuration standards to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
- Monitor platform performance, diagnose issues, and apply best practices for optimisation.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and alignment with business goals.
- Integrate third-party tools to extend platform functionality and support evolving business needs.
- Customise platform features to accommodate new functionalities or changes in business processes.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and execute testing scenarios.
- Document configurations, customisations, and updates for audit and reference purposes.
- Provide training and guidance to users and support teams on new functionalities and best practices.
- Work closely with IT, operations, and customer support teams to understand and implement business requirements effectively.
Who you are
- Strong understanding of databases and information systems.
- Experience in integration and working knowledge of APIs, scripting, or database management.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities and experience with integrated information systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 1 year in a role similar to software system engineering.
- Ability to think abstractly, conceptually, and innovatively.
- Effective communication, decision-making, negotiation, and coordination skills.
