About this Role

We are seeking a Platform Specialist Associate to manage complex product configurations across mobile and fixed-line domains. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the end-to-end lifecycle of product configurations, working closely with business units, project teams, and IT operations. The individual will contribute to detailed design, implementation, testing, and operational support, while acting as a technical owner across multiple BSS and OSS systems.

What you’ll do

  • Manage complex product configurations across multiple systems, acting as a technical expert based on solution design documentation.
  • Contribute to detailed design activities and provide solution consulting for new initiatives.
  • Create, maintain, and update configuration reports, change requests, design documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.
  • Take end-to-end technical ownership of configurations across all relevant systems.
  • Ensure effective lifecycle management of product configurations and collaborate closely with IT operations on system utilisation.
  • Configure control parameters for BSS and OSS applications to support stable and reliable system operations.
  • Provide second- and third-level support, including error investigation and log analysis, for IT operations and other departments.
  • Lead and support integration testing, user acceptance testing, and functional user testing activities.

Who you are

An individual with very good knowledge of BSS and OSS systems.
Experienced in working with relational databases, SQL, and XML.
Comfortable using scripting languages and working in UNIX environments.
Experienced as an integration or configuration specialist within CRM, ERP, marketing, or e-commerce platforms.
Able to manage multiple complex configurations while collaborating effectively within an agile team.
Familiar with the software development lifecycle and both structured and agile delivery methodologies.
A clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
Curious, motivated to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
Organised, structured, transparent, and able to prioritise effectively.
Fluent in English.
