Your day to day:

The mission of the Process Specialist is to design, build and deploy cross market process simplification and harmonization, driving simplicity and efficiency for VNO and operating the Vodafone Network as a single unit

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • The Process specialist will be responsible to manage the Central Process library
  • Design harmonized process blueprints, in collaboration with the process owners and including documentation
  • Specify ticketing and tools requirements to the accountable areas (NSE, IT, etc) to implement the new processes.  Lead and execute Tools Acceptance
  • Lead the process adoption ensuring that all the affected areas/teams follow the new process.  Responsible of the Process Quality Assurance and Optimization
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Key Stakeholders inside Vodafone Network Operations.  Organize regular reviews with stakeholders, coordinate execution of program tasks and participate in the definition of the harmonized processes

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Experience in business process management
  • Experience as a project manager and command of project management methodology and as a moderator
  • Optimization methods such as Six Sigma, Lean,
  • Several years of experience in process management, project management knowledge with common process models (ITIL, eTOM)
  • Very strong verbal and non-verbal communication, presentation, moderation skills and very good knowledge of English

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • University degree: faculty of Electronics , Telecommunications and Information Technology  or similar training in the field of electrical engineering, telecommunications, IT
  • Min.  3 years professional experience in Network
