Procurement Support Analyst
Your day to day:
As a Procurement Specialist, you will take ownership of the procure-to-pay process, ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic environment.
You will manage purchase orders, vendor data, approvals, and reporting while collaborating with various teams to enhance procurement efficiency.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Facilitate vendor master data changes and ensure accuracy.
- Process RFQs, Shopping Carts, and Purchase Orders, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Track approvals, follow up on goods receipt notes (GRNs), and ensure timely posting in SAP.
- Handle PO-related queries and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Support continuous process improvements and contribute to procurement-related training
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- SAP Supply Chain module expertise.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Prior experience in Finance or Supply Chain (minimum 2 years).
- Understanding of telecommunications procurement (nice to have).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2+)
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with remote teams.
