Your day to day:

The Product Manager is a cross-functional role responsible for understanding customers’ business needs related to the product and decide on product priorities.

In this role, you are responsible of translating the agreed business needs into a product strategy.

In this role, you are responsible of product roadmap, scope, approach and implementation. You are tightly coupled to the product team so that implementation and product goals have realistic timelines.

In this role, you are also leading the change management efforts, as well as assessing the current system technologies and processes so that enhancement and optimization areas are identified, driving efficiency, speed, scale and predictability.

In this role, you leverage your technical acumen and leadership skills to enhance project development and implementing process improvements to support product team.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Drive the execution of all processes in product lifecycle, including customer business needs’ assessment, planning, positioning, technical requirements, product roadmap and product launch
  • Define the vision for the product teams and maintain a cohesive vision throughout the process
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to understand customer behavior, identify churn drivers, uncover growth opportunities, and measure the success of the product and growth opportunities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Previous work experience of minimum 3 years in a technical role (e.g., software engineering, solutions consultant, etc.) or equivalent technical experience
  • Excellent SDLC understanding
  • In-depth knowledge of SCRUM and Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Experience consulting customers with cloud technologies and engaging with developer communities
  • Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture
  • Understanding of design quality standards
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with large teams and a variety of people, including users, product development team members and management team members
