Programme Manager
Your day to day:
This role is part of a team within Technology _VOIS Romania Lean-Agile Solution Department. The role foresees an outstanding attitude to plan, lead, monitor and control programme’s activities, maximising the collaboration among involved teams to achieve the expected programme’s results. An excellent knowledge of project management methodology (scope, time, costs, quality, communication, stakeholder management, risk and procurement management) is required to address all the topics / activities.
The Programme Manager is responsible for the management of interconnected projects across an international matrix environment of teams from Group Technology and worldwide OpCos.

• Plan, organize and lead all activities as required for the full implementation of Programme goals and objectives
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the Programme
• Develop a schedule and identify dependencies between interconnected projects in order to effectively allocate the resources to the activities
• Monitor programme’s and associated projects’ progress and address the adjustments needed for a successful completion
• Ensure adherence to the project management governance process. Able to demonstrate best practice in all aspects of project management.
• Accurate progress reporting and issue/risk management with timely and effective escalation
• Engagement and management of numerous external third parties alongside internal matrix team

• Exceptional track record of on-time, on-budget and to-specification delivery of projects
• Experience of managing multiple and complex projects across full lifecycle of product development
• Extensive experience of project management in international matrix environments
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, able to deal with (senior) stakeholders to deliver results
• International experience and background in service- and project- management in a complex business environment essential as well as ability to work across an international and distributed team
• Prince 2/PMP/Agile/SAFe
• Degree educated
