Your day to day:

You are responsible for ensuring support towards the PMO COE team, which provides the effective prioritization and allocation of funding and staffing within the organization. The team supports the delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring that we are delivering the expected value to our stakeholders.

The role will involve project planning, status reporting, resource planning, risks, issues, budgeting and providing general project management support.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Providing support for demand management, resourcing, and capacity planning
  • Coordinate the end-to-end process for Insourcing within the Digital & IT department.
  • Review, track and manage the business case through the approval process.
  • Monitor and track the resources according to the project requirements.
  • Track the budget and forecasting cycle.
  • Produce the monthly SteerCo materials and chair the Insourcing SteerCo.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Expertise with planning & delivering projects either in a PM or PMO role
  • High knowledge or core financial and business case principles.
  • Data analysis expertise with Excel and BI tools
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders
