About this Role
We are seeking a Programme Support Analyst to join our Agile PMO team in Bucharest, Romania. This role plays a pivotal part in enabling strategic delivery and optimising portfolio value flow. The successful candidate will support the Programme Manager in managing portfolio performance, funding allocation, and dynamic prioritisation. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong analytical skills, agility, and the ability to work across multiple teams and seniorities in a matrix organisation.
What you will do
- Track and report on portfolio performance, including delivery and financial metrics, using digital tools.
- Maintain the integrity of programme artefacts such as roadmaps, delivery plans, and RAIDs.
- Support teams with data quality resolution and assurance artefact updates.
- Administer portfolio ceremonies and act as the delegated authority in the Programme Manager’s absence.
- Drive continuous improvement in portfolio governance methodologies and share best practices.
- Ensure budget forecasts are accurate and reconciled with overall programme budgets.
- Adapt to different portfolios and maturity stages with flexibility and ownership.
Who you are
- Experienced in agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital platforms like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence across various levels and teams.
- Analytical thinker capable of identifying trends and recommending mitigations.
- Organised and able to manage multiple workstreams independently.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
