About this Role

We are seeking a Project Management professional to lead the end-to-end delivery of one or more complex technology projects within an international, matrix environment. This role is accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards, while coordinating teams across Group Technology and multiple global operating companies. The role is based in Romania and reports to the Team Leader, Project Management.

What you will do

  • Lead the full project lifecycle, including scope definition, detailed planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, ensuring strong budget control and transparent cost tracking.
  • Build, engage, and coordinate international matrix teams across Group Technology and local operating companies.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to project management governance, standards, and best practices.
  • Provide accurate progress reporting, proactively manage risks and issues, and escalate where required.
  • Manage relationships with multiple external third-party suppliers alongside internal stakeholders.
  • Drive high-quality delivery outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery models, proposing and leading transformation initiatives where appropriate.

Who you are

  • An experienced project management professional with a strong record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to agreed specifications.
  • Comfortable managing multiple, complex technology projects across the full IT product development lifecycle.
  • Experienced in working within international, matrix-led environments with diverse stakeholders.
  • Possess a solid overview understanding of data centre and cloud infrastructure, as well as application architecture.
  • Hold a recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or SAFe.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or have equivalent experience working within an IT environment at an overview level.
  • A fluent German speaker, with a minimum proficiency of B1.
